Originally the vision of Chef Anna Vogel and Manager Bethe Bowman, Italia has always been a restaurant driven by passionate industry professionals. Now operated by Chef Philip Stanton and Helen Stanton. Chef Philip hopes to bring his decades of experience from Michelin star kitchens to mom and pop eateries, to bear in his new old home. As former sous chef prior to opening Park Lodge and BRGR house, he hopes to keep Italia Trattoria's legacy of quality, made from scratch, Italian food alive.
