Bethe was raised in San Diego, CA. She has lived in the Northwest for the past 20 years, most recently in Spokane. Over the last 10 years Bethe has managed at Tom Douglas Restaurants in Seattle and Luna in Spokane.

Raised in Vevey, Switzerland, which is close to both the Italian and French borders. She has cooked in cities as far as Sydney, Australia, New York City, Boston, Seattle, and now Spokane. Over the last 12 years Anna has worked as a chef for Tom Douglas in Seattle and Luna in Spokane.
