Italia Trattoria Is a neighborhood restaurant that specializes in highlighting Italian cuisine with Spokanes fresh local produce. We believe in cooking dishes from scratch and stand behind our food as something we can be proud of. We stand on a tradition of cooking that treats each step of food preparation from base ingredients to finished dishes, as one where we can demonstrate our love for our craft.

Italia Trattoria was established by Anna Vogel and Bethe Bowman in 2010. It has become a cornerstone in the spokane dining scene with its delicious dishes and thoughtful service. In 2025 it was passed on to former sous chef Philip Stanton and his wife Helen Stanton. Philip and Helen were previous owners of Park Lodge restaurant in Kendall Yards. Philip has a long career in the culinary industry in variety of cuisines from small hole in the walls to michelin starred restaurants. He has experience throughout San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Paris, and Spokane. His philosophy in cooking revolves around one thing. The desire for people to enjoy themselves over a nice meal.
